Earlier in 2017, for Tanuja Chandra’s Untitled Travel Love Story, Bollywood Actor Irfaan Khan Quoted in a statement, “I’m excited to start shooting for the film. We have an amazing crew put together for this film and I can’t wait to spend time on it, especially amidst all the travel. I’m sure we will make some amazing memories on this one”.
With the Movie’s Shooting scheduled to start from Bikaner in Rajasthan, the storyline makes him travel through Rishikesh (Uttarakhand) and end in Gangtok (Sikkim)
Not just the film shooting locations, Bikaner has even a stronger connect with Bollywood with Ghulam Mohammed (Indian Film Score Composer, Mirza Ghalib and Pakeezah Fame) and Bharat Vyas (Lyricist, writer of the immortal prayer song, ‘Ae Malik Tere Bande Hum’ and ‘Ye Kaun Chitrakar Hai’) hail from Bikaner.
With the recent Government and Tourism Initiatives and the support of Royal Families from Bikaner, one can definitely expect it to emerge as the Destination for Bollywood, for its right blend and match for Culture, Scenic Beauty, Diversity and Variations; ……. and to attract the focus of Film-Makers towards this destination which in itself has lots yet to be explored !!!
